A salad product has been recalled by SuperValu after being mis-packed.
The Signature Taste Sweet Potato & Bean Salad contains eggs, milk and mustard which were all not included on the label.
The FSAI said: "The implicated batch of SuperValu Signature Taste Sweet Potato & Bean Salad was mis-packed with coleslaw which contains eggs, milk and mustard which are not mentioned on the label. This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of eggs, milk or mustard."
