Supernanny gives verdict on Kate's handling of cheeky Prince Louis - and not everyone is happy

Prince Louis stole the show with his cheeky antics during the weekend's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. The youngest child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge was seen covering mum Kate's mouth during Sunday's Jubilee Pageant - and even blew her a raspberry.

Parents around the world looked on with admiration - and empathy - as Kate kept a calm composure. And her response also drew the attention of Supernanny, aka parenting guru Jo Frost, the Manchester Evening News reports.

Commenting on a video of Louis misbehaving, which was shared on Hello! magazine's Instagram feed, Frost said: "Love how mum is addressing in public prince Louis needing to listen up and do as his [sic] told."

But not everyone took kindly to her comment. Jessicafarkasphotos said: "He’s been listening and doing as he’s told for days! He’s a 4 year old, not a prop!!!"

Thiskidrocks added: "He's a 4 year old boy that's been stuck in a suit for 4 days & told to do as he's told. He's probably bored out of his mind too... I think the little guy did well if you ask me!!"

But many users praised the boy and his parents over the weekend, with Heather Hobbs (heatherington_hhvs) saying: "This is hysterical and Kate handles it perfectly!!!!! It’s been a long and busy four days of celebrations…hats off to W&K doing so incredibly well & also with three kids!!"
