Alcanna Inc. (OTCPK: LQSIF) (TSX:CLIQ) announced on Wednesday that the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta has granted a final order approving the previously announced plan of arrangement with Sundial Growers Inc. (NASDAQ:SNDL).
