Summer Game Fest 2026 updates — Final Fantasy Revelation, Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake and every announcement

Summer Game Fest.

Today marks the start of Summer Game Fest 2026. Geoff Keighley’s annual video game celebration is one of the gaming calendar’s biggest events, and it’s all centered around the Summer Game Fest live showcase.

With so many games to be showcased, Tom’s Guide is here to bring you all the announcements as they happen. The Summer Game Fest 2026 showcase is live now (you can watch below), and we’ll have full coverage of every single announcement and new trailer so you won't miss a thing.

With PlayStation’s State of Play earlier in the week, Summer Game Fest 2026 today (June 5), and the Xbox Showcase over the weekend (Sunday, June 7), it feels a bit like we’re back in the good old E3 days, with so many new games being revealed that it’s going to get hard to keep track.

Unlike some other gaming events, Summer Game Fest isn't dedicated to a single platform. That means you can expect new looks at video games coming to PS5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X and PC. Wherever you play your games, there will almost certainly be reveals that appeal to you.

How to watch Summer Game Fest 2026

As noted, Summer Game Fest 2026 takes place today (June 5) at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET / 10 p.m. BST. It’ll be hosted, as always, by Geoff Keighley, and you can easily watch along via YouTube or Twitch, or use the embedded player above. And if you can’t get to a stream, there's live coverage below.

LIVE UPDATES

Welcome!

Good morning! Welcome to Tom's Guide coverage for Summer Game Fest 2026. In this live blog, I'll be bringing you all the new announcements. And while the showcase is several several hours away, theres are plenty of pre-show news and rumors to dig into. So, let's not waste time, the countdown to SGF 2026 starts now.

Summer Game Fest 2026: Here's the key details

The key information you need to know ahead of Summer Game Fest 2026 is this: The showcase takes place today (Friday, June 5) at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET / 10 p.m. BST. Geoff Keighley will host (with help from former GameSpot lead Lucy James), and while there isn't a confirmed runtime, SGF typically runs around two hours.

This hype trailer will get you in the SGF mood!

Summer Game Fest 2026 is still several hours away, so if you're not quite in the mood yet, check out this new "hype trailer" that will definitely get your anticipation levels flowing. It also includes a few sneak peeks at some games we'll see today!

Watch Summer Game Fest 2026 where ever you are in the world

Courtesy of Geoff Keighley himself, above is a full chart covering the timings for Summer Game Fest 2026 in pretty much every time zone. Where in the world are you tuning in from? Let me know in the comments. I'm over here in the U.K.!

You can bet on this new Star Wars game featuring

(Image credit: Respawn Entertainment / EA )

Many of Summer Game Fest's biggest reveals are kept under wraps (assuming they don't leak ahead of time, of course), but a trickle of games are usually confirmed ahead of time to whet the appetite. One of those this year is Star Wars Zero Company. This upcoming turn-based tactics game set in the iconic sci-fi universe will be present at SGF 2026. I'm definitely curious to see more, and if the rumors are true, we should get a confirmed release date in just a few hours as well.

Fortnite will be at SGF (no surprise there)

Another reveal that's already confirmed is Fortnite. Not a surprise but the new season of the ever-popular live-service shooter will be revealed with a first gameplay trailer. I'm totally out of the loop of Fortnite at this point, so I won't pretend to have a grasp of the latest goes on in the game, but fans will not doubt be delighted to see what crossovers are coming next.

Will September 2026 get even more crowded after SGF?

(Image credit: Insomniac Games / Sony Interactive Entertainment)

September 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most jam-packed months for new video games that I can recall. Seriously, there are so many games dropping in those 30 days. Here's just a selection of the major games launching in September:

  • The Blood of Dawnwalker (Sept. 3)
  • Halloween (Sept. 8)
  • Marvel's Wolverine (Sept. 15)
  • Dune Awakening Console Edition (Sept. 22)
  • Control Resonant (Sept. 24)
  • Silent Hill: Townfall (Sept. 24)
  • Onimusha: Way of the Sword (Sept. 25)

It's already an overcrowded month as publishers seek to avoid dropping in proximity to Grand Theft Auto VI in November. And this month could get even more crowded post-Summer Game Fest 2026. It's already rumored that Star Wars: Zero Company will drop in September, for starters. It'll be interesting to see how the calendar shakes out by the end of the week after SGF and the Xbox Showcase.

Did PlayStation hold back at State of Play?

(Image credit: Sony / Naughty Dog)

I've been wondering (or maybe just hoping) if perhaps PlayStation might have held back a reveal or two at the State of Play, opting to showcase some of its new titles at Summer Game Fest instead. Namely, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet which was completely absent from the PS5-dedicated showcase. Now, I wouldn't bet on it, but I'm really hoping we see the "PlayStation Studios" title card at some point.

Speak of PlayStation State of Play...

If you missed PlayStation's State of Play on Tuesday, and you want to kill an hour or so to make the wait for Summer Game Fest's go by quicker, you can rewatch the full showcase above. It packs more than 60 minutes of gaming goodness, and includes the reveal of God of War: Laufey, the latest installment in the action franchise centers on Kratos' wife, Faye, on a quest in the afterlife of the Gods.

Looks like a new Hot Wheels game may have leaked

Whelp, it looks like the cat is out of the bag when it comes to a new Hot Wheels game. Per reliable leaker Deadlabs, a new racer based on the iconic micro toys will be launching later this year (in September, of course) called Hot Wheels: Infinite Rush. It comes from the same developers as the Hot Wheels: Unleashed series (picture above), and if this leak is accurate, it could be confirmed at SGF.

Nintendo could have a presence at SGF 2026

Nintendo always marches to the beat of its own drum, which sometimes means the Big-N skips out on cross-industry events like Summer Game Fest. But according to Christopher Dring, of The Games Business podcast, Nintendo might have at least something to show at today's SGF event. This could be more of a prediction than a leak, but fingers crossed we see some new Switch 2 games!

Don't bet on Persona 6 at SGF (but there's still good news)

A leak earlier this week suggested that a Persona 6 reveal could be in the offing, but according to regular insider NateTheHate, don't expect to see anything from the popular JRPG franchise at Summer Game Fest. On his most recent podcast, Nate claims they are "confident enough to say" that Persona 6 will be at the Xbox Games Showcase on Sunday, and we'll also get a date for Persona 4 Revival. As a big Persona fan, that's music to my ears, and I'll happily wait the extra two days.

One from my personal wishlist!

Dipping in my own Summer Game Fest wishlist, I'm really hoping we get our next look at From Software's upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive The Duskbloods.

We haven't seen this game since the big Switch 2 reveal event last spring, and it was announced with a vague 2026 release window. If it's not slipped into 2027, surely, we need to see it again soon.

I note as well that From Software dated its Switch 2 port of Elden Ring (August 28, 2026) yesterday. It seemed strange to me that this news wasn't held for SGF, so perhaps From Software wanted to get that morsel out of the way to clear up space at this event for The Duskbloods? Maybe that's wishful thinking, but I'm optimistic!

Geoff is getting the hype machine started already

We're still more than five hours away from Summer Game Fest 2026, but host (and overseer) Geoff Keighley isn't one to shy away from building the hype. His latest social media post doesn't give us any more information, but hey, the strong engagement shows that the SGF hype is most definitely building nice and early.

Remember this MIA Marvel game?

(Image credit: Skydance New Media / Plaion)

Looking through some social media wishlists has reminded me that Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is a game we haven't seen in years at this point. This action-adventure title stars Captain America and Black Panther (both will be playable) comes from Skydance New Media and is spear headed by Uncharted creator Amy Henning. We haven't seen anything new since 2024, so perhaps it'll have a grand return to the spotlight at Summer Game Fest. Or maybe it'll continue to ghost!

I want to know what's next for Resident Evil!

We only just got the truly excellent Resident Evil Requiem earlier this year, but I'm already eager to know what's next for the survival-horrror franchise. Could Summer Game Fest give us the answer?

The online buzz suggests that a Code Veronica Remake (originally released in 2000 on the Sega Dreamcast) could be next up, and seeing as it's been three years since the last Resi Remake (2023's Resident Evil 4) it does feel like the next Resident Evil game might be a trip to the past.

Some form of DLC expansion for Requiem would also be extremely welcome. Frankly, I'd take near anything, I just want to see some Resi at SGF 2026!

Virtua Fighter 6 update

Hey, guys! Tony Polanco here to take over for Rory for a few hours before he returns to cover the big show. I'll be detailing some of the news we've heard, along with some of my predictions and expectations for Summer Game Fest.

Starting off, I expect/need to see more updates on Virtua Fighter 6. We saw leaked footage a couple of weeks ago that appears to be from a documentary. It's possible that Sega could drop that video this weekend. I've been waiting for a new Virtua Fighter for ages, so I hope we learn more.

Shameless plug, but check out my interview with the Virtua Fighter 6 producer!

Crazy Taxi at SGF

Sticking with Sega, we know the company is working on a new Crazy Taxi game, and it's possible we might see it debut at Summer Game Fest.

One giant clue is that Electric Callboy is releasing a new single featuring The Offspring today. For those who may not know, The Offspring's music featured prominently in Crazy Taxi. If that wasn't enough, the cover of the song "Let the Good Times Roll" has the band members riding a taxi! That's pretty on the nose to me!

Marvel Tokon finalized roster

Marvel Tokon got some airtime during the latest PlayStation State of Play, so it's likely that we won't see it during Summer Game Fest. However, never say never. If we do see another trailer, perhaps we'll see who the final set of characters could be.

The last team is headed by Ghost Rider, so we could see a Midnight Sons-inspired team. To that end, my fancast is Blade, Man-Thing, and maybe Doctor Strange. We shall see!

Control Resonant

We also saw Control Resonant at State of Play, but I suspect we'll get a deeper look during Summer Game Fest.

What's interesting about the sequel to Control is that it's switched from being a third-person shooter to a third-party brawler. That said, the main character still has supernatural powers. I'm a big fan of Control (and Remedy Entertainment), so I can't wait to play this one. Hopefully, it won't be too overshadowed by all the other games releasing in September.

Paramount Game Studio launches

The new Paramount Game Studio was announced today, and the company's first game will be revealed today at Summer Game Fest.

Paramount owns several properties, so it's anyone's guess what games will be published. Some candidates include TMNT, Star Trek, and Mission Impossible.

You can read the full story over at Variety, but this is definitely a studio to keep an eye on.

Street Fighter 6 season 4

We've usually seen Capcom announce the next season of Street Fighter 6 at Summer Game Fest. Given how the final season 3 character just launched (hi, Ingrid), there's a good chance that we'll see who will make it into the roster for season 4.

If a recent rumor is accurate, the characters could be Vega and Gouken, who have appeared in prior main entries. Final Fight's Mike Haggar is another rumored character, and one I'd like to see since SF6 takes place in Metro City, and I want confirmation on the former mayor's whereabouts. The Mike Haggar memorial makes me fear the worst!

The most outlandish part of the rumor is that the fourth character will be Tifa Lockheart from Final Fantasy VII! I don't think this will happen, but given how Ingrid is now here and has multiversal powers, the door is open. If Tifa is in SF6, I expect Tekken fans who have wanted her in their game for ages, won't be too happy.

Don't expect GTA 6

It's ironic that the game whose shadow falls over this entire event likely won't be there. Of course, I'm talking about the juggernaut that is GTA 6, a game so monumental that every other title is steering clear of its November 19 release date. GTA 6 is so big that Rockstar can show it off on its own terms without the need for SGF.

And even if it were to get announced this weekend, it would effectively suck up all the bandwidth from other game announcements. So, yeah, don't expect any GTA 6 news this weekend.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

We saw a new trailer for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis during PlayStation State of Play, but now I want to see a full gameplay demo. Hopefully, that will happen during Summer Game Fest.

For those who don't know, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is a complete remake of the original Tomb Raider from 1995, featuring all-new graphics, voice acting, level design, and more. You can think of it as a Resident Evil Remake-style game.

I played the hell out of the original Tomb Raider on the Sega Saturn, so it will always have a special place for me. I cannot wait to check out this remake, not only to see how it differs from the original but also from Tomb Raider Anniversary from years ago.

Castlevania: Belmont's Curse

Castlevania: Belmont's Curse isn't a game that's going to get a lot of attention at SGF, but it's one I can't wait to see more of.

This entry, the 23rd mainline one, has you playing as Trevor Belmont's descendant, who must enter the titular castle that has manifested in Paris, France, in 1499. It has the classic gameplay you'd expect, but this time, the whip is more than a weapon, as you'll need it for traversal and puzzle solving.

Hopefully, Castlevania: Belmont's Curse won't be released in September!

Star Wars: Zero Company

(Image credit: Respawn Entertainment / EA )

Star Wars: Zero Company is expected to have a showing at Summer Game Fest, and it's unlike what you're probably expecting.

Instead of a third-person action-adventure game, this is a turn-based tactics title in the vein of XCOM. It's set at the end of the fabled Clone Wars, where you command the titular Zero Company against impossible odds. Sounds like fun to me.

Final Fantasy VII Remake 3

There's a good chance that we could see a teaser for the third installment of the Final Fantasy VII remake during Summer Game Fest.

Insider Nate the Hate recently said the game would indeed be shown at SGF. On top of that, the game's producer also said that development was on course. Given all of that, I'd be surprised if we don't hear something for this highly anticipated game.

Of course, the big question is, when will this game actually release? Given how it was two years between the first trailer and the eventual release of FFVII Rebirth and a four-year gap between that game and Remake, I'd say 2028 is a safe bet.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced

One game I'm sure will get shown is Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

I went hands-on with the game a while ago, and can confirm it's everything we wanted it to be. Not only does it look spectacular, but it plays like a dream. The best compliment I can give it is that it looks and plays the way my mind remembers it. I cannot wait to go back into this pirate world again.

Well, that's my time on this live blog, so I hope I got you all stoked! Rory Mellon will take over again with the next post to guide you through the main show proper. I'll be hanging back and watching it all unfold. Let's go, gaming!

The stream is live (less than an hour to go)!

Hey, Rory here, I'm back from break to guide you through until the end of Summer Game Fest 2026. There's still just under an hour to go, but if you're the very eager type, the YouTube stream is live and playing some very chill music to help pass the time. There's already more than 110,000 people watching, so the hype is building!

The final reveal of the night won't be another Highguard!

In what is clearly a nod to the, urm, not so well received decision to make the final reveal of The Game Awards 2025 the online shooter Highguard, which was ultimately shut down just weeks after it's January launch, Geoff Keighley has confirmed that Summer Games Fest will conclude with a "single player, narrative game."

This seems like a very smart decision to me, because arguably giving Highguard the spotlight did more damage to the game than actually helping it. Time to start speculating what game might close the show. Dare I dream of Bloodborne 2...

Another game on my SGF wishlist!

While we've still got 25 minutes to kill, allow me to put forward another game on my Summer Game Fest wishlist: Lies of P 2. I loved this 2023 Soulslike, it was my personal GOTY (I was outvoted in the overall TG GOTY awards!), and last year's DLC expansion Lies of P: Overture was equally excellent. It still feels a little early for details on the already-confirmed sequel, but even a teaser would have me go wild!

Expect to see something Cronos related!

It appears we'll be getting something Cronos: The New Dawn related at SGF 2026. This survival-horror from Bloober Team was one of 2025's most overlooked games, in my opinion, so I'm hyped. Could it be a full sequel, or maybe a DLC expansion.

What SGF announcement would make your night?

We've got just 10 minutes to go until Summer Game Fest 2026, and I've been asking the Tom's Guide team what "dream" games they want to see. You know the type of games you don't expect to appear, but if they showed up you'd be on your feet cheering. Our picks are in the poll above, and if your personal pick didn't make the cut, drop a comment and tell me what game reveal would make your SGF!

5 minutes until Summer Game Fest 2026!

Consider this your warning, Summer Game Fest begins in just five minutes, so set up your stream (or just follow along with me, of course), grab your snacks and if you need to, take a quick bathroom break. The showcase begins in just minutes...

It's time, Summer Game Fest begins now!

And here we go, Geoff is taking to the stage, it's time for Summer Game Fest 2026!

And the first reveal of the night...

The number of games that have been released on Steam in 2026, more than 9,000 total games. I'm not kidding. The night kicks off with Geoff showing us bar graphs!

Finally, we're getting in the games!

Geoff's investor pitch is over, and it's time for the first reveal of the night!

I'm getting a big Resi vibe from this first game!

Our first trailer is in first-person perspective and is set in a Paris apartment, as an older woman shows the protagonist around a very messy apartment. Could this be Resident Evil? It certainly looks like the modern Resi games

Yup, it's Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake!

It's Resident Evil Code Veronica Remake, retitled as Resident Evil: Veronica coming in 2027! What a way to start Summer Game Fest 2026!

Cuphead is getting a sequel, and a spin-off

The next reveal comes from Studio MDHR, it seems like a new Cuphead game is in development, alongside another "smaller project" that we're getting a look at now... it's called Might Cuphead Adventure, a new side-scroller in the Cuphead universe.

Alien Isolation 2 gets its first proper trailer (HYYYPE)

I'm in heaven, Alien Isolation 2 gets its first full trailer. That's my night made!

Fumito Ueda is back with Gen Atlas

Fumito Ueda, the visionary behind Shadow of the Colossus and Ico, is back, with a trailer for his next game. It looks to have a sci-fi theme, and it's called Gen Atlas.

Next game showcased is Blood Message

This extremely cinematic game looks like another banger, and it's called Blood Message. It comes from 24 Entertainment, and there will be hands-on previews at this week's Summer Game Fest preview event (so expect more details very soon).

Stranger Than Heaven gets a new trailer (and a shock cameo)

Stranger Than Heaven is next to the stage, with the reveal that it's launching on 15 January 2026 and will include Tupac. The whole thing looks very Tarantino to me. Oh, and now Snoop Dogg is on the stage. What is happening right now?

Haex is revealed next

It's a new reveal now, Haex, an action game from a group of Swedish developers behind The Division and Little Nightmares. It looks to combine first-person co-op play with puzzles and a world that really wants to kill you!

Dead by Daylight gets an update!

If you're a big fan of the online horror game Dead by Daylight, this tease will get you hyped. All cryptic clues about what's coming, but there will be more details on 14 June, 2026.

Next up is Mortal Shell II, and the Soulikes is getting a Steam beta that is open now

Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced gets its next look

The remake of Assassin's Creed Black Flag gets a new trailer. It's out in just over a month, and you can read our hands-on preview if you want to know what Tony made of the game after playing three hours of it. It's out on July 9, 2026.

TMNT The Last Ronin has been revived!

It was previously thought to be canceled, but Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin has been (re)revealed under the new Paramount Game Studios umbrella, and Platinum is developing. The teaser was brief, but I'm sure fans are thrilled!

It's the Fortnite part of the show!

We knew it was coming, now we're getting a look at the next season of Fortnite. I won't even pretend I'm up to date with the game, but hey, it looks like Fortnite.

Gundam: Rogue Orbit is the next game revealed

It's a Gundam game so no surprises for guessing it's all about big mechs beating the snot out of each other, it's out in 2027.

Crossfire comes from ex-Naughty Dog devs

Anything I hear Naughty Dog, my ears prick up, and while this isn't Intergalactic, it's a game called Crossfire, made by a development team that includes former ND staffers. It's a third-person action game, with potential co-op aspects, about soldiers battling some sort of alien threat. Standard video game stuff, you know.

It's described as a "high agency, single player, story-driven game." Lots of good buzzwords in there!

Control Resonant gets a new trailer, but I don't need to see more!

Control Resonant is getting the spotlight, but I'm looking away. I'm totally sold on this one, and don't want to see any more in case of spoilers. It's out on September 24, and my hype levels are very high. On a Remedy-related note, go play Quantum Break to pass the time, that game is extremely underappreciated!

Guild Wars 3 is coming to PC and PS5 in 2027!

The MMO gods are smiling on SGF as Guild Wars 3 takes to the stage, it'll be heading to PC and PS5 and promises a "new type of MMO experience."

Star Wars: Galactic Racer looks fast and seriously fun

Well, co-host Lucy James already used a "this is pod racing" reference, so I'll refrain. Now we're seeing Star Wars: Galactic Racer. It looks super fast and super fun! It's out on October 6.

Little Nightmares with a sci-fi twist?

The next game is End of Abyss and it basically looks like Little Nightmares with a sci-fi twist, it's out October 1. Consider me intrigued!

Sega takes to the stage to show Virtua Fighter 6

What was once the "Untitled Virtua Fighter Game" is now officially Virtua Fighter 6 Crossroads. VF is one of my gaming blind spots, so this could be a very good chance to fix that. It'll be out in 2027!

This RuneScape spin-off is coming to PS+ later this year

I'm still a little disappointed it's a not a console port of Runscape Classic but RuneScape Dragonwilds is shown off it's coming to PS5 later this year as part of the PlayStation Plus catalog.

Mafia: The Old Country gets a new story DLC

Mafia: The Old Country is getting a DLC expansion called Man of Honor, and it features a young version of the first Mafia game's Don Salieri. It's out August 14.

The new game from the creator of Assassin's Creed

Meet 1666 Amsterdam, the new game from Patrice Desilet, the creator of Assassin's Creed. There's a playable prologue demo on Steam right now, and it'll land in Early Access later this year.

Billy cycles onto the stage to show SAW Genesis

Do you want to play a game? Then, good news, because SAW Genesis, a new title based on the popular "Saw" series, is the next world exclusive trailer. It comes from Bloober Team and is a 3v1 multiplayer game. I'm a little disappointed would have preferred a single-player title, personally.

A quick look at Lords of the Fallen 2

Trailers coming fast, and the latest is Lords of the Fallen 2. I'm very sure interested in this Soulslike, but we still don't have a release date beyond "fall", wonder if it'll drop in the crazy busy September/October period! Or will it facedown GTA 6?

It's more Star Wars!

The next trailer is for Star Wars: Zero Company, the tactical game that was confirmed to be present earlier today. It look very Star Wars meets XCOM which isn't a bad pitch whatsoever.

Blood of the Dawnwalker gets its latest look

Blood of Dawnwalker gets another trailer it's out on September 3. There's a good build of hype about this one in the Tom's Guide team, and comes from some of the developers of The Witcher 3. It's a dark fantasy adventure based on tough choices!

The creators of Among Us have made a new standalone game!

The team behind Twitch-favorite Among Us has created a new standalone game in the same universe. And, well, it looks just like Among Us, to be honest. It's called Among Us: On Guard. We're also getting some time with stars of the Among Us TV show. What would a gaming show be without a cringe comedy sketch? The show is streaming now on Paramount+, and it doesn't look too bad in my opinion.

007 First Light is getting a new story mission

One of only two games I've give 5 stars at Tom's Guide is 007 First Light, and we've just had a tease of a new story mission coming to the game. No other details like release date or whether it'll be a free update, but more First Light is good with me!

Some quickfire trailers!

First a look at Aion 2, which is out in September (what games aren't launching in September?). Then we saw Wuthering Waves crossover with the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners series that begins on June 8.

Monster Hunter about to get even wilder!

Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance is the new story expansion for, you've guess it, Monster Hunter Wilds. Out in 2027. Could it transform the game in the way that Monster Hunter World's Iceborne DLC did. Capcom is calling it "massive" DLC.

What in the Souls?

The next trailer looks to be some kind of Soulslike, and as a huge genre fan, I'm not complaining. We're being treated to uncut gameplay, which is a nice change of pace in an event dominated by slick trailers. It's called Swords of Legends, which was revealed back in fall 2025. Consider it very much on my radar.

Here's one that leaked earlier!

Next up is the confirmation that the Hot Wheels: Infinite Rush leak was accurate, the game is a toy car racer (what else could it be?), and will be released in the not-at-all-crowded month of September, on the 24th to be exact.

Various Sonic updates!

Sonic Racing Crosswords is getting a new DLC including a Godzilla crossover, and a new Sonic Pico Park game is coming too. Fans of the Blue Blur are eating well tonight.

New Attack on Titan game aims to tell the whole story

Developer Omega Force showcases a new Attack on Titan game with more details to come on July 1. It will apparently tell the complete story from the anime in one package.

Forza Horizon has competition!

For years, Forza Horizon as reigned unchallenged in the open-world racing space, but Clutch is hoping to change that. The trailer suggests it'll be a lot more story driven than Forza games. Could that give it an advantage?

Engage in old school warfare in Chronicles: Medieval

Coming to early access in 2026 is Chronicles: Medieval. As a Chivalry 2 player, it's got my curiosity!

Sea of Remnants, and then Capcom toys?

First we got a musical trailer for Sea of Remnants, and now a very strange advertisement for a series of Capcom toys including from Resident Evil and Street Fighter, which turns out to be a promo for the Capcom Summer Sale event.

Palworld 1.0 is coming on July 10

After it's early access period, Palworld is really to take the jump into 1.0 on July 10!

Bigby is back!

After a long time MIA, The Wolf Among Us 2 gets a new trailer with a 2027 release window. And The Wolf Among Us Remastered is also confirmed, releasing later in 2026, to get you back up to speed with this world of twisted fairytales.

Stellar Blade 2?

A mysterious game has taken over, and I'm getting a Stellar Blade vibe. I was right about Resi. Will I be 2 for 2?

And it's Stellar Blade: Blood Rain!

Stellar Blade is getting a sequel, and one that looks very violent! It's in "early development," so maybe don't expect to see this one again for a little while.

Street Fighter 6 Year 4 adds Tifa from FFVII

That's a crossover that will get fans excited. Street Fighter 6 is adding Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII in its Year 4 suite of DLC content.

And we head into the final reveal of the night!

At least we know it won't be Highguard 2!

SGF concludes with Final Fantasy VII Remake Chapter 3!

And Geoff wasn't kidding, the final trailer of the night is a big one, it's Final Fantasy VII Remake Chapter 3!

Remake, Rebirth, and now Final Fantasy VII Revelation

We have a name, Final Fantasy VII Revelation, which will conclude the Final Fantasy VII Remake project. It won't be a timed PS5 exclusive and will drop across platforms on day one.

We're getting a BIG look at Final Fantasy VII Revelation
