The cast of the Suits L.A. spinoff show is expanding as the pilot's filming approaches. Following the success of the original Suits, NBCUniversal ordered a pilot for a new spinoff focusing on a West Coast law firm catering to the entertainment industry. Arrow star Stephen Amell will lead the show as Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor turned defense attorney.
Troy Winbush, known for his roles in The Wilds and National Treasure: Book of Secrets, has joined the pilot as a guest star named Kevin. He will play Ted Black's former partner and ex-FBI agent turned private detective. Winbush's role may become a series regular if Suits L.A. gets a full series order. Other confirmed cast members include Josh McDermitt and Lex Scott Davis.
