Sugar Prices Continue to be Undercut by Increased Sugar Output in Brazil

March NY world sugar #11 (SBH24) on Monday closed +0.02 (+0.07%), and Dec London white sugar #5 (SWZ23) closed -2.30 (-0.32%).

Sugar prices on Monday settled little changed. A weaker dollar on Monday was supportive for most commodities, including sugar. However, sugar prices continue to be undercut by ramped-up sugar production in Brazil.
