Sugar Posts Modest Gains as Dollar Weakness Induces Short Covering

March NY world sugar #11 (SBH24) on Wednesday closed up +0.02 (+0.09%), and May London ICE white sugar #5 (SWK24) closed up +0.60 (+0.10%).

Sugar prices on Wednesday recovered from 1-month lows and closed slightly higher as a weaker dollar prompted some short covering in sugar futures.
