There will be a few sore heads and throats in Liverpool this morning after Scousers sang their heart out and danced the night away at the Sugababes.
The girl band put on a show to remember at Aintree Racecourse on Friday, May 19, and played bop after bop of pure noughties nostalgia. The crowd was blessed with the original line up of Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhán Donaghy - and it's like they have never been away.
There was no messing with these three and it was straight into the 'babes' version of Adina Howard's 'Freak Like Me', which was welcomed with screams of pure excitement. It's been more than two decades since the group emerged on the music scene, but Mutya, Keisha and Siobhán still have the perfect harmonies and attitude to match.

The Sugababes have been through a few different iterations over the years, but this one was definitely the right one on Friday night. The group performed their classic hits including 'Round Round, 'Overload' and 'Hole in the Head'.
Even with their slower tempo songs such as 'Too Lost in You' and 'Stronger', Scousers knew to belt out every word. Their rendition of 'Ugly' was dedicated to the "underdogs" and showed their roots as a harmony group.
The impassioned performance also became an emotional one for the three women, as they told the crowd they have known one another since they were 12-years-old. But there wasn't much room for talking and the Sugababes got straight back into their laser-focused and choreographed performance.
There was even a surprise, as the group performed Sweet Female Attitude's 'Flowers', sending the crowd in overdrive. The night ended with ever so catchy 'About You Know' with feet leaving the floor as people jumped to the tune. How many other groups have so many bops that you don't want to end?
