Genesis’ first phase reached its zenith with the launch of 1974 double-album The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. It was an ambitious project that pushed everyone involved to their limits; and the unit as it had stood couldn’t survive. In 2015 Prog explored the story of Peter Gabriel’s final record with his school friends – and the price they all paid to make it happen.
