Sudden death of schoolboy, 12, sparks outpouring of grief as staff cry in corridors

A 12-year-old boy died suddenly at home this week sparking an outpouring of grief at his school where staff wer seen crying in the corridors.

Layth Maumoniat was a Year Seven pupil at Allerton High School in Leeds, LeedsLive reports

Staff members were seen crying in the corridors and hallway of the school after learning of the death, eyewitnesses said.
