Successor to Jamie Hepburn named after his resignation

Jamie Hepburn Douglas Ross Graeme Dey Ben Macpherson Andrew Milligan John Swinney SNP

Graeme Dey has been appointed minister for parliamentary business and for veterans after Jamie Hepburn’s resignation last Friday.

In a return to government, Ben Macpherson has been named minister for higher and further education, taking up the post vacated by Mr Dey.
