With day trips and staycations having become so popular in the post-pandemic era we now have even more excuses to get out there and see what's around us outwith the city.
And it appears one location, just over an hour's drive away, is well worth visiting if the number of TikTok views it gets are anything to go by.
As Google searches increase by 100% for “hidden gems in UK to visit”. Mobile experts at Envirofone have revealed the most viewed hidden gems on TikTok to inspire your next adventure and the Falls of Falloch in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park has just been named third overall.

With over 10 million views on the app, the Envirofone team wrote: "A stunning hidden gem with a beautiful waterfall and a popular tourist picnic spot. It’s no surprise this Scottish beauty has over 10 million views on TikTok and takes third place on our list."
Home to the 'Woven Sound' installation, a caged walkway designed to give the best view of the falls, the beauty spot was one of seven Scottish sites on the list finishing just one place behind the Outer Hebrides in the top 20, with only England's Hampstead Bathing Pond beating them.
