With the cost-of-living crisis continuing to cause concern and house prices going through the roof in Ireland, have you ever dreamed of upping and moving to a sunny destination?
For those looking to chase that dream, an apartment right next to the beach in Spain might not be as out of reach as it seems.
There are many different types of accommodation you can buy in Spain and €300,000 can go a lot farther and secure much higher quality accommodation than in Ireland.

Here's what a €300,000 property looks like in Alicante versus in Galway.
Alicante, Spain
Alicante has long been a favourite destination for Irish tourists looking to get some much needed vitamin D, whether that's tourists there for just a week, or those willing to fork out to buy an apartment in the area.
