A stunning contemporary mansion on the leafy streets of North Leeds's desirable Alwoodley is the most expensive home to be sold in Yorkshire in the last three months.
Official figures from the Land Registry show that 165 Alwoodley Lane was the dearest property to be snapped up in the region between April and June. With a price tag of £2.9m, the dream home boasts not only five bedrooms but also a family room and even its own therapy room.
The figures also show the home has tripled in price in the last three years - changing hands for the relatively measly sum of just £951,000 back in 2019.

The three storey house has huge open plan kitchen and living room, as well as an enormous dining room, a family room and even a dedicated therapy room. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, as well as another vast family room/ cinema over the double garage.
The main bedrooms even has its own balcony with lovely views of the garden and beyond to a golf course, plus a large walk in wardrobe.
Another house in Leeds is among the most expensive to be sold in Yorkshire in recent months. 1 Ling Lane in Scarcroft went for £1.4m back in April.
The detached house sold on April 19, with the seventh highest price tag in Yorkshire.
But at the other end of the scale, some Leeds properties hit the market with much smaller price tags and were among the cheapest to be sold in Yorkshire. A flat in Swallow Hill Works, Tong Road, sold for just £35,000 - just over one percent of the Alwoodley Road price tag.
