Named as the 'Black Studio' the one bedroom apartment has been specially built as a new outhouse on a local estate, and is surrounded by rolling fields.
Described as a "secluded" spot ideal for a relaxing escape, the rental has a huge outdoor decking overlooking the Pentland Hills for guests to enjoy.

Whats more, the studio is currently marketed at less than £100 per night, coming in cheaper than a host of budget city centre hotels and accommodation.
Speaking on Airbnb, host James said: "Black Studio is located on the edge of fields to the north west of Edinburgh, eight miles from the city centre and two miles from historic South Queensferry.

"The studio is secluded and quite yet is well situated for trips into the city of Edinburgh, the airport and major roads accessing the rest of Scotland. The studio has a large picture window, private decking overlooking the fields and the Pentland Hills."
