A stunning apartment in an "exclusive" Liverpool address has now gone on sale.
The impressive two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex show apartment situated in the Tobacco Warehouse, overlooking the Stanley Docks, is now one sale for £430,000 through Logic Estates.
According to the estate agents, Tobacco Warehouse is in one of Liverpool’s "most exclusive" addresses. The property covers two floors and provides "Manhattan loft-style accommodation".

Estate agents said it is inspired by the classic Victorian industrial features found throughout Tobacco Warehouse, such as warm-red bare-faced brickwork, cast-iron floor-to-ceiling columns, steel and concrete ceiling beams and huge multi-paned windows.
Liverpool-raised interior designer Natalie Holden crafted a bespoke interior scheme to decorate it with. There is an open-plan kitchen and dining area on the upper level of the apartment and this is framed by floor-to-ceiling black pillars, with a white, concrete-beamed ceiling, matt slate-coloured kitchen cabinetry and earthy tones on the walls.
There is also a main reception area on the first floor and living area which is perfect for entertaining. The colour palette on walls and for furniture mixes both heritage and natural tones, including rust, ochre and teal.

This space flows into another area which could be used for dining, as a playroom, work-from-home area, bar space or media room. The two double bedrooms are clean-lined and minimalist, in taupe and blue shades.
One of the bedrooms also includes a walk-in dressing area. There are two bathrooms in the apartment decorated with monochrome, geometric-patterned ceramic flooring and full-height mosaic tiling around the shower areas.
Pat Power, Director of Stanley Dock Properties, said: “We are thrilled to launch this stunning duplex two-bedroom show apartment, viewed by a global audience when it was chosen as the backdrop to contestants’ interviews during Eurovision 2023, and which perfectly showcases not only the incredible heritage features of homes for sale at Tobacco Warehouse, but marks the culmination of the first marketing phase of this landmark project.
“As a Liverpool native who has known the building all her life, interior designer Natalie Holden was a natural choice for helping us deliver out latest show home.”
The apartment’s new owner will also have use of the building’s communal spaces, with a residents’ lounge, co-working areas, 24-hour concierge and coffee dock.
