Kent students queue for antibiotics as two people die from meningitis in area

Long queues have formed around the University of Kent as students waited to receive antibiotics following an outbreak of meningitis, which has resulted in the death of a student and a year 13 pupil.

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) said 11 other people had fallen ill with signs of symptoms of meningitis and septicaemia.
