StubHub is introducing a new music festival protection program designed to help fans weather disruptions and keep their concert plans from hitting a sour note.
Called FestProtect, the new three-tiered program launched this week and is designed specifically for festivalgoers to provide additional support when circumstances beyond a fan's control interfere with their ability to enjoy an event. This includes weather delays, schedule conflicts and last-minute lineup changes that can quickly disrupt even the most carefully planned trip.
