Stuart King is full of praise for what his Carrick Rangers side have achieved so far this season.
The Taylors Avenue outfit are within touching distance of the top six, even after last week's defeat to Ballymena United.
They face a daunting trip to Linfield on Saturday afternoon, but King goes into the game in a positive mindset given that Carrick have already defeated the reigning champions earlier this season.

"What my players have given me and their performance levels so far this season have been nothing short of outstanding," he said.
"We know we have a horrible month coming up with some big games.
"We just have to dust ourselves down, try to pick up as many points as we can as quickly as possible and keep trying to improve this football club, that's our job and we'll see where that takes us.
"It will be totally different going to Windsor Park than playing at home, but my boys have to go there with the belief that they can go and get something."
Elsewhere tomorrow afternoon Crusaders welcome Glentoran to Seaview, and Dungannon Swifts, fresh from their victory over Glenavon, make the trip to Coleraine.
On Sunday Newry City host Portadown.
