Strictly Come Dancing 's Tyler West has shared his last-ditch attempt to be dancefloor ready after he completed the London Marathon over the weekend, amid the BBC dance competition.
The 26-year-old radio DJ had been busy rehearsing dance moves all week in preparation for last weekend's performances with partner Dianne Buswell.
During the second live show of the series on Saturday night, Tyler and Dianne performed a theatrical routine, dancing the jive to Hit The Road Jack by Buster Poindexter.
