Fleur East has lamented having “mum guilt” as she returned to work three weeks after giving birth to her first child.
The radio DJ and singer, 36, who originally shot to fame as a finalist on The X Factor, welcomed daughter Nova with her husband Marcel Badiane-Robin, on March 22.
