Fleur East and Tyler West made the most of their night off after a hard week of intense training by letting their hair down and munching on takeaway and boozing during a night in.
The Strictly stars found themselves at the top of the leaderboard last week after impressing with their Argentine Tango and Couples Choice routines, respectively, and were both awarded 10s.
Ahead of tonight's BBC-themed show to celebrate 100 years of the corporation, which sees Fleur perform a Jive to Waterloo and Tyler dance a Tango to the Doctor Who theme tune, the pair made sure to relax on Friday evening by enjoying some wine and food.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Tyler showed his friends and Fleur mucking about with a phone dunked in a wine glass.
He's heard saying: "It's in the glass! It's in the glass, Fleur's done it!"
Fleur is then seen making a face as she dances in her chair.
Tyler captions it: "@fleureast is life."
It didn't seem to be too much of a late nighter as Tyler was able to make it to Elstree this morning for a practice run ahead of the live show.
Sharing a clip of Tony Adams, he showed off the footballer's interesting get-up and said: "The shoes, the footie kit, the sparkly bottle and a golf club. You love to see it!"
He wrote: "@tonyadamsofficial in the mornings."
But later, it seems as though the lack of sleep might have been catching up with him as Vito Coppola, Fleur's pro partner, shared a video of him conked out in a chair.
Vito joked: "Today, I have the best company. How are you Tyler?"
He then zoomed in on Tony, who had also fallen asleep in a chair.
Sharing the video himself, Tyler wrote: "Nah, this was sensational. Well in lads."
