Former Strictly Come Dancing professional Ola Jordan went from a size 14 to a size 8 in a matter of months.
The TV star decided to give her lifestyle a complete overhaul after discovering that her health was at risk due to her weight. She piled on the pounds after welcoming her first child in 2020 and gaining weight during the pandemic.
But she feared that she would never feel 'sexy' again and desperately longed for her former dancer body. The mum admitted that she had been refusing to leave the house and had became a "shell of her former self" after gaining weight.

But now, after turning her life back around, the dancer said that she feels like a new person. Ola said that she used exercise and a healthy diet to regain her slim physique in four months.
Speaking to Mail Online, she said: "I feel like I've lost a whole person. A size 14 was my biggest. I'm quite short as well so a size 14 for some people isn't big and that's the problem with weight and sizes because some people say a 14 isn't big.
"But being 5ft3 and a size 14 is big. I'm a size eight now. I missed my old self. There's nothing wrong with admitting it."
She added: "People now preach body positivity, and they accept it, but I really missed my old self and that's not just my body it was with dance and everything else. Health is important for me, and I want to stay healthy for as long as I can."
