Ola Jordan has opened up about her ailing sex life, which she says has got 'worse' since she put on three stone.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 39, has been honest about gaining weight since quitting the show and having her daughter Ella.
Her husband James Jordan, 44, also admitted that he has put on five stone which has impacted their sex life.
Ola has gone from 8 stone to 11½ stone, while James is now 16st.
The pair spoke to The Sun about how their weight gain has affected them.
Ola said: "The sex life is definitely different, if not worse, because we are so fat and don’t want to move after a bag of crisps and a Chinese.

"The bellies get in the way of us when it comes to sex. And I’m a bit heavy now. It’s not as exciting."
James replied: "Sex is definitely not better with the mum and dad bods. I can’t throw her about any more like I am used to doing.
"So we realise we need to switch up our eating habits to get back in shape."
The honest words come after the pair opened up about putting on weight due to eating more and moving less.
The pair were used to training most days when competing in Strictly between 2006 and 2015.
Ella, the couple's two-year-old daughter has also led to James and Ola to focus on being parents.

Ola took to her Instagram page where she shared a photo alongside her husband as they posed in swimwear.
The two of them soaked up the sun by their swimming pool.
The mum-of-one posted a lengthy caption alongside the post where she said she feels 'horrified' and 'so disappointed' with herself.
She said: "Hi guys I wasn’t going to post this picture but I’ve decided to because I’m horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I’m hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
"Our friend took this snap of us yesterday trying to stay cool by the pool but OMG... it was a total shock to say the least! When did we get ‘mum and dad bods’ ????
"We know we’re not in our best Strictly shape but hey that’s what happens when you stop dancing for hours every day and have a baby (I just want to know James’ excuse) Stay cool everyone I think I need to avoid the ice cream for a while!!!

Ola was met by comments from celebrity friends telling her how great she looked.
While James commented below: "Saw this ages ago but my message didn’t go up - have you been drinking? We just look different babe - but OMG I look old."
TV star Scarlett Moffat added: "You look so happy xxxxx"
