Strictly Come Dancing star Nadiya Bychkova has broken her silence amid the reports she and co-star Kai Widdrington in a relationship with each other.
Earlier this month, the professional dancer split from fiancé Matija Skarabot, who is father to her five-year-old daughter.
On Friday, newly-single Nadiya and fellow pro Kai, 26, were snapped appearing to share a kiss in a hotel, as they tour the country for the Strictly Come Dancing live shows.
Taking to her Instagram account on Saturday night, the mum-of-one seemingly denied rumours of romance between herself and Kai - telling her followers not to "believe everything" they read.
Sharing a snap of herself on stage in Manchester, Nadiya penned: "Don’t believe everything that is reported in the papers, or what you see.
"I love to dance and that’s what I’m here to do. The warmth and kindness I feel from the audience every night makes it worth it."
The star added: "If you’re coming to the tour, I look forward to seeing you there."
BBC presenter Dan Walker - who was teamed with Nadiya during last year's series - was one of many to comment on the star's post, writing: "Have a brilliant show tonight partner."
Speculation surrounding Nadiya and Kai's alleged relationship has been rife throughout the Strictly Come Dancing tour, following reports that Nadiya has split from Slovenian footballer Matija Škarabot, 33.
Although Nadiya has seemingly shot down rumours of a romance with Kai, onlookers have claimed the two dancers looked very cosy when they were snapped sharing 'a kiss' on Friday.
"Nadiya and Kai met away from the other dancers and celebrities, who were a mile up the road in the Travelodge," a source told The Sun.
"She had bought Kai a coffee from Starbucks next door and they talked and cuddled before having a kiss.
They added: "They didn’t seem to care who could see them. It’s clear they’re massively loved up. They didn’t want anyone gossiping. There’s already been so much speculation."
The Mirror has reached out to Nadiya's representatives for comment.
Kai's rumoured romance with his fellow dancer comes after months of speculation he was dating Strictly Come Dancing partner AJ Odudu.
The pair were partner together on the BBC series last year and formed a close friendship as they made it all the way to the final of the ballroom dancing show.
Speculation grew that the two stars had begun dating but both refused to deny or confirm the rumours on several occasions.
AJ, 33, and Kai, 26, had made it all the way to the grand final of the BBC show last month but were heartbreakingly forced to forfeit due to the TV presenter suffering ligament damage to her ankle during a training session.
Unable to take part in the live tour, AJ has been replaced by former EastEnders actress Maisie Smith, 20, who appeared on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2020.
