Motsi Mabuse has shared a photo alongside her rarely seen third sister, calling her 'my pillar of strength'.
The Strictly Come Dancing judge took to her Twitter page where she posted the snap to mark World Mental Health day.
Wearing a stunning white jumpsuit, Motsi rocked a unique hair style along with full glam makeup and sparkly feather earrings.
Meanwhile her sister Phemelo stood by her wearing a sparkly black jumpsuit paired with black court shoes.
She wore hoop earrings with a bright red lip.
The duo wrapped their arms around each other as they posed for the sweet picture on the Strictly dancefloor.
Motsi wrote by the photo: "My beautiful sister came to support me this weekend @phemelomosadi
"I love this woman , on mental health day I am so thankful for this human who is my pillar of strength from day one! I am here for you too sis #MentalHealthAwareness".
World Mental Health day is described as a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
Motsi's post comes after she opened up about the horrifying racist attacks she experienced in South Africa.
She talked about the 'traumatising' experience of growing up in South Africa and the racism she faced as a teenager.
Speaking to The Big Issue, Mabuse said: "At 16, I was living in Pretoria, and we had just moved from a black area to a very white area.
"South Africa was open, so black people were allowed to move into certain parts and my parents were always against boundaries, so they pushed those limits.
"They wanted a better life for their kids. That was the aim, but it also meant we moved into a very hostile area."
She added: "Our parents wanted us to be safe, which meant if we wanted to visit friends they would need to drive us. Because if we got the bus, big white boys would attack us."
However, Motsi said that dancing gave her a way to 'shine'.
After finding success as a professional dancer, Motsi went on to appear on Let’s Dance, the German version of Strictly Come Dancing, initially as a professional dancer but later as a judge on the show.
She also judged a number of other dance shows before taking over from Dame Darcey Bussell on the Strictly Come Dancing panel.
The star recently returned to screens with her fellow Strictly judges, Shirley Ballas, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke, as the 20th series of the hit dance competition got underway.
