Strictly Come Dancing's Motsi Mabuse has shared her worries for her family who are trapped in Ukraine.
She said she was heartbroken as there was 'absolutely nothing' she could do as she listened to her mother-in-law cry over the phone.
It comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin's declaration of war against Ukraine yesterday, as he launched a "full-scale invasion" on the country after weeks of threats.
