Strictly's Kaye Adams tells Loose Women co-stars she felt ‘so far out of comfort zone’ during first live show

Strictly Come Dancing 2022 contestant Kaye Adams has revealed to her Loose Women co-stars she felt "so far" out of her "comfort zone" during her first performance in the ballroom over the weekend. The 59-year-old joined her fellow ITV panellists on Monday's instalment of the daytime show to debrief on Saturday's routine.

The presenter performed a tango to Voulez-Vous by Abba with her professional partner 27-year-old Kai Widdrington during the first live show on September 24 - they scored 21 out of 40 for their first performance. Appearing on Loose Women via a video call, Kaye looked red-faced after they had shown a clip of her dancing.

She joined fellow panellists Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter, Brenda Edwards and Ruth Langsford - who appeared on the BBC dancing competition back in 2017 - who asked why she was "hiding" behind her hands.
