Jayde Adams was left emotional in her first interview after becoming the fourth celebrity to be eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing in this year's series.
Her shock axe came after a surprise dance-off with Molly Rainford as the show celebrated 100 years of the BBC.
Molly and her dance partner Carlos Gu performed their couples choice routine to the Grange Hill theme tune.
Then Jayde and her partner Karen Hauer performed their Charleston to The Ballad Of Barry and Freda (Let’s Do It) in a bid to impress the judges and remain in the competition.
The judging panel of Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse, Anton Du Beke and Shirley Ballas then all voted to save Molly and Carlos.
Jayde and Karen appeared on the show’s spin off It Takes Two on Monday following their axe to reflect on their stint on the BBC show.
During the interview, host Rylan Clarke touched on Jayde’s relationship with social media and the negative comments she received while competing.
She said: “For every horrible comment there’s a whole bunch that are lovely. I just hope with my resilience, I can show people that sticks and stones may break our bones, but names will never hurt us.”
She continued: “I really hope that’s something I’ve left as a legacy because I will say, women specifically on this show get it in the neck.
“Whether it's me, whether it’s Karen, whether it’s Shirley. The women get it worse than the men. I hope my resilience will change things for the future.”
The show then played Jayde and Karen a highlight reel of their time on the Strictly ballroom floor, which reduced Jayde to tears as she confirmed she would without a doubt do the show again if she could.
When asked about her time on the show by host Tess Daly, Jayde said it was the ‘best thing’ she's ever done in her life, before praising her partner Karen.
“I will carry it to my grave, and it has been an absolute pleasure working with you [Karen] and learning about so much that will go into my own stuff, in my own work. You are one of the most gifted people I have ever worked with,” Jayde said.
"And everyone on this show said it to me, when I had you, they said 'you've got the best one', and I did and you are fantastic and this has been such an honour. Not only have I got to be on Strictly Come Dancing but I got to have Karen Hauer, you are amazing, thank you for everything!"
Karen said that it was a ‘roller coaster’ of emotions, before thanking Jayde for being her partner this year.
There are now 11 couples left in the competition who will take to the dancefloor next week for the Halloween special.
