Strictly's Helen Skelton has revealed who she calls after every live performance on the BBC dance competition in an adorable snap.
Helen and her professional dance partner, Gorka, impressed the judges and audience once again on Saturday night with a jive to Tightrope by Janelle Monáe while Ellie and Nikita were forced to go head-to-head in a dance-off with Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu.
Countryfile presenter Helen said she was "so sad" to see Ellie go but grateful that fans helped them get through another week. She wrote a message to fans on Twitter: "THANK YOU …. So grateful for your messages and for keeping us in another week. Loved that jive, grateful for another week."

While Gorka penned: "So thrilled to get through another week! Honestly thank you so much to each one of you who voted for us and for your messages of support! We wouldn’t be in the competition without you. We are going DES-PA-CITO to week 8."
And now the mother-of-three, who is tipped to lift the glitterball trophy, has revealed who's scores really matter to her in her latest Instagram post. The 39-year-old star shared an adorable snap of her little one's with her 376k followers as she revealed she calls them for their verdict on her performance after every live show.
Helen penned: "Who do you call post dance for their scores... The squad obvs" as she posted an adorable screenshot of a FaceTime between herself and her children backstage following Saturday nights performance. Helen said this is usually followed by a debrief with her sister-in-law as she shared a selfie of her to her stories.
It comes after Helen was recently announced as the new face for Yorkshire-based bathroom company, Victoria Plum. The online retailer, recently moved its headquarters from Hull to Doncaster. Its partnership with the Strictly Come Dancing star is its first celebrity brand partnership.
Helen will be part of social media campaigns, content marketing and sustainability and community projects. Speaking of the exciting new project, she said: "Making home improvements is something I’ve long had a personal interest in which means I understand the hopes and expectations of Victoria Plum’s customers.
