Strictly's Helen Skelton has 'a few weeks left' before being voted off warns expert

A body language expert has made a glum prediction about Helen Skelton's future on Strictly Come Dancing, as he predicts that she has just "a few weeks left" before being voted out. Speaking on behalf of Betfair, odds expert Darren Stanton said that Helen does not have what it takes to get to the final.

He said that she seems to have "found her groove this week", but predicted that this will not be enough to get her through to the end of the competition. And he said that the experience must be "nerve wracking" for Helen, who has never done anything like this before.

Darren said: "Helen definitely found her groove this week. Even though she is deeply experienced with over 20 years of broadcasting, we have to remember that this process is nerve wracking and can often take a few weeks for a contestant to feel totally at ease. It’s clear from her body language that she was feeling slightly more confident and prepared to give a strong performance.

"The two were in total synchronisation and moved as one body, which was obviously reflected in the judges' responses. Although I do not feel Helen will make it all the way through to the final, she has a few weeks left to go before we see her depart."

Hamza Yassin is currently the bookies favourite to win the show, with Will Mellor close behind. Helen, meanwhile, is the third favourite to win the show.

But Darren does not think it will be either of those people making it through to the final. Instead, his money is on Ellie Simmonds and her partner, Nikita Kuzmin; Jayde Adams and Karen Hauer; and Kym Marsh and Graziano Di Prima.

Who do you think will make it to the final? Let us know in the comments!
