Strictly's Graziano di Prima leaves Kym Marsh in tears as he 'shades' ex-partners

Kym Marsh got emotional as she reflected on her Strictly Come Dancing experience tonight.

The Coronation Street actress and singer became the latest star to exit the BBC One Latin and ballroom show this weekend, with Graziano di Prima appearing to throw 'shade' at his former partners whilst praising Kym. The pair were forced to miss the previous week as Kym had Covid but she returned the weekend just gone with a Fame inspired routine.

As Kym and Graziano reflected on the friendship they garnered from Strictly, the professional dancer appeared to shade his former celebrity partners as he made Kym emotional with his sweet comments about her.

Speaking on It Takes Two with Rylan Clark tonight, Kym wiped away her tears as she spoke of her close bond with Graziano and revealed the dancer would be coming to stay with her and her family tonight.

He then had some sweet words to share with Kym – but he seemed to throw shade at his other partners including Vick Hope, who he came 12th with, and Judi Love, who he came 10th with. He also performed with Anne-Marie for last year's Christmas special and won.

"I've been waiting for a really good season on Strictly for four years. It sounds really crazy but I had the best time and it's because of her," he said as Kym got emotional, "It's been the most amazing journey ever."

Kym and Graziano became the tenth couple to leave the show last weekend.

Speaking after she learned her fate, Kym said on the BBC One show: "Honestly I’ve loved every single second that I’ve been here. I never thought I’d get to this stage, in a million years. I have to say, it’s all down to this man [Graziano] here.

"He is just wonderful and he will be my friend forever. But what a journey it’s been, this show is just wonderful, it shows you things about yourself you don’t know, it shows you how tough you can be."

Graziano also had lots of praise for his celebrity partner and praised Kym for making him a part of her family.

"I will be part of your family forever, I think we became friends from the very first day. I know you’ve learnt how to dance, but I have learnt so much from you, you are a warrior. You’re going to be in my heart forever, we’re going to be together many times, because I know I have found a friend for life," he explained of their close bond.
