Strictly Come Dancing pro Gorka Marquez has shared a video online in which Helen Skelton declares she's 'feeling good' about this week, after his passionate plea during Saturday night's live show for her to have more self-belief.
Blue Peters and Countryfile star Helen had already had a turbulent year, before throwing herself into Strictly training, after the breakdown of her marriage to rugby player Richie Myler, who she has three children with. Gorka was forced to coax Helen back into an early training session, after she fled through a fire exit and then, desperate to try and instil some confidence in her, he surrounded her with mirrors in week two rehearsals so she had no option but to look at herself.
After getting their highest score to date in Movie Week, Gorka and Helen performed a paso doble last weekend, but their routine was somewhat overshadowed by what former Strictly finalist Gorka said in the aftermath, in the same week that it was revealed RIchie is already expecting a child with his new girlfriend.

Telling her that 'everyone believed in her,' Gorka added: "It doesn't matter how many times I say it, or the judges say it, it's only you who can make the change and is the one who can believe in you. You are an amazing woman, you're inspirational; an amazing mum and incredible dancer, so believe in yourself please."
His speech got a massive reaction from Strictly fans at home, many of whom have been willing Helen to have more confidence in herself. Well, it sounds like she might be getting there this week, as Gorka shared a video of her looking very upbeat in training on his Instagram story on Wednesday afternoon.
The clip starts with Gorka saying he was giving an update after being "missing for a few days," before turning and asking Helen: "How you feeling with the dance?" She replied: "Good! Very happy with the dance and very happy with the music."
On Saturday night, the remaining couples will all dance to a piece of music inspired by the BBC, in celebration of the broadcaster's 100th birthday and Helen will be taken back to her time on a certain children's TV show, when she and Gorka dance a Charleston to the Blue Peter theme. Giving his verdict on the song, Gorka, with a sarcastic look on his face, quipped: "Yeah...the music is fun."
He added: "She's living her best life, she's remembering her childhood."
