Carlos Gu gave some sweet reassurance to Molly Rainford during the Strictly Come Dancing semi final, with his message picked up by mics in the studio.
Going into Sunday's crunch live show, all the odds were pointing to Molly and Carlos not making it through, with the couple having been in four dance-offs in the lead up to the semi. They were hotly tipped to miss out on a place in the Strictly final, given that three of the other four couples left had yet to even land in the bottom two.
However, CBBC star Molly and talented pro partner Carlos certainly did all they could to give themselves the best shot at making the final and it was their paso doble which really made an impact, with judge Motsi Mabuse branding it "the surprise of the night." The powerful routine to Destiny's Child survivor blew everyone away and very nearly earned them a perfect score, with three of the judges awarding a 10.

As they do every week, Strictly publish a series of unheard moments from the weekend on their Twitter account and one of the stand out clips from this week, was Carlos assurance to Molly during their paso, when he shouted: "Turn....don't worry!"
Molly, famous to young viewers for playing intergalactic pop icon Nova Jones, shared the video on her Instagram, writing: "he knew I was nervous for those turns."
While they are only third favourites with the bookies to win Strictly 2022, Molly and Carlos are going into the final on the same average score as hot tips to win Hamza and Jowita. Both couples have an average score of 34.27 out of 40 for their series so far, ahead of Fleur and Vito on 34.07 and Helen and Gorka on 32.36.
