Strictly fans place Hamza on top of the leader board for fourth week running - while Tony finishes last

The Strictly Come Dancing stars whirled and waltzed into Week 7, as the hit BBC show reached its halfway mark - but which routines were your favourite?

Ellie Simmonds and Nikita Kuzmin became the sixth couple to leave the competition after a dance-off with Molly Rainford and Carlos Gu.

Many viewers were divided after the Paralympic gold medallist left the competition, claiming ‘worse dancers’ have avoided the dance-off.

But Mirror readers appeared to agree with the decision, after the losing pair landed in joint eighth place on our leader board following their Charleston.

Every week we’re giving readers the chance to score the dancers and let us know whether they thought Craig Revel Horwood was bang out of order, or if it really was too early for that 10 from Shirley.

Following Saturday night’s display, Hamza Yassin and Jowita Przystal finished on top of the public’s scoreboard for the fourth week running after opening up the show with a Cha Cha Cha.

The TV presenter well and truly impressed the judges with Shirley Ballas and Motsi Mabuse calling it "the best they've ever seen".

Meanwhile, Tony Adams and Katya Jones were bottom of the public’s leader board following their Salsa to I Know You Want Me by Pitbull - receiving a disappointing score of just 5.

Last week comedian Ellie Taylor finished in the top spot after her Hocus Pocus inspired routine wowed the judges and viewers.

But the same can’t be said for her Week 7 performance, as the Ted Lasso actor and her professional partner Johannes Radebe were joint eighth with an average public score of just 6.6.

Strictly fans placed Will Mellor and Nancy Xu in fourth position, behind fellow contestants Helen Skelton and Kym Marsh, with a score of 7.5 - despite the couple finishing at the lower end of the table on Saturday night.
