Strictly Come Dancing star Tony Adams apologised after making an explicit remark on Saturday night's live show.
The Arsenal legend, who is paired with professional dancer Katya Jones, got a bit too excited after the judges showered him with endless praise following their magnificent performance of the American Smooth on this week's show.
The 56-year-old star received an overall score of 26 points and Tony was visibly thrilled with Craig Revel Horwood's praise, as he said the performance was 'better' than last week's.
As soon as Craig offered the positive note, Tony immediately erupted into a dance and he spun around the dance floor before pumping his fists at the audience in cheer.
However, moments later, Strictly host Claudia Winkleman was forced to apologise on behalf of Tony after she revealed that he had used some 'fruity language' amid his excitement.
"I would like to apologise if there was anything fruity in the language," she said.
Football legend Tony was visibly stunned as he gasped and clasped his hands to his face before saying: "Did I say something? Oh I'm sorry. I was so excited Claudia."
However, Claudia insisted that Tony didn't need to apologise, as she responded: "Don't be silly. Craig said 'better' and it often gets us all going. I get it."
Tony dedicated his performance to the people who helped him overcome his addiction struggles, and he was praised by fans following the show after he broke down in tears while thanking those who stood by him through tough times.
"I just love Tony so much! He's so real and down to earth," one fan gushed, while a second echoed: "Awh Tony crying after that amazing performance. He's by far my favourite this year."
"Tony is literally a living legend," someone else enthused, while a fourth fan gushed: "Tony Adams is all I want to be when I grow up. LOVE HIM."
Strictly Come Dancing continues tomorrow night at 7PM on BBC One.
