Strictly Come Dancing former professional Ola Jordan said she feels 'horrified' with her 'mum bod' as she posted poolside photos with her husband James. The dancer took to Instagram to share her dismay at the 'mum and dad bod' her and her husband have developed since leaving the BBC show.
Ola posted a photo of herself wearing a hot pink bikini by the pool with husband of 19 years James. The 39 year old posted the snap in an effort to motivate her into getting her toned figure back.
The Mirror reports that the dancer was shocked by the size of her tummy and has forced her into taking action. Ola wrote: "Hi guys I wasn't going to post this picture but I've decided to because I'm horrified and so disappointed with myself and by posting it I'm hoping it will help motivate me to do something about it.
