Strictly's Helen Skelton has delighted fans with a sneak peak of Saturday's performance as she shared a clip of herself and Gorka practising their upcoming dance.
Countryfile presenter Helen and her Strictly Come Dancing dancing partner Gorka Marquez are preparing for week 8 of the competition, the next live performance will see couples fight to secure a place in next week's Blackpool special.
Helen has shared a sneak peak with her 354k followers, the clip was originally posted by a Helen and Gorka fan page on Instagram with the caption: "Their salsa is looking SO good. Cannot wait till Saturday", the former Blue Peter star then re-shared the clip to her stories.

Both Helen Skelton and Gorka Marquez are clearly rehearsing a very sexy salsa. Helen is seen grabbing Gorka and wrapping her legs around him, before arching her back, turning away and then shimmying to one side with her hands on her hips, sticking her bum out. She then turns and shakes her hips as Gorka looks on.
It comes after Gorka praised his partner for her determination earlier this week. He shared a short clip of himself relaxing whilst Helen could be seen dancing in the background, and captioned the clip: "Always practicing."
The TV presenter-turned-dance sensation is gearing up for this weekend after scoring big last Saturday. The Cumbrian, who recently broke up with Leeds Rhinos ex husband Richie Myler, is now becoming one of the favourites to win the whole competition after a run of high scoring dances.
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC1 on Saturday, November 12.
Strictly It Takes Two returns on Friday night on BBC2 where Helen and Gorka will take to the sofa with Rylan Clark alongside Kym Marsh and Graziano.
