Strictly stars Tilly Ramsay, John Whaite and Rhys Stephenson have spilled secrets on what life is like on the Strictly Come Dancing tour.

The contestants from the 2021 series are currently on the road performing live across the UK and have so far played six shows in the Utilita Arena in Birmingham.

Tilly, John and Rhys joined Steph's Packed Lunch on Tuesday, January 25 to spill all the gossip on the tour and what happens backstage, ahead of their upcoming performances in Leeds.
