Strictly Come Dancing fans were left furious at their fellow voters this weekend as two popular couples were left to compete in the dance-off. The social media fury started even before Sunday's (Nov 27) results show aired, because the bottom two had been leaked online.
After Fleur East and Vito Coppola took on Ellie Taylor and Johannes Rabebe in the dance-off, the latter couple had to say their goodbyes after the judges unanimously chose to save Fleur. It came after a strange Saturday show in which judge Craig Revel-Horwood dished out 5s to both Ellie and Helen Skelton, despite being just a week away from the quarter final.
Ellie and Johannes achieved a total score of just 25, a whole 10 points less than Fleur and Vito. Consistent high scorers Hamza Yassin and Jowita Przystał had reason to celebrate again and Will Mellor and Nancy Xu topped the leader board with 39 out of 40.

A few hours after Saturday's live show, the result of the Sunday show - which is pre-recorded on Saturday night - leaked online. When it did, the identity of the bottom two did not go down well online, as fans hit out at their fellow voters, ChronicleLive reports.
@Salyward tweeted: "I don’t understand why that person was in the dance off this week, it was a brilliant dance. Definitely not deserved." And @Paul_y94 wrote: "Fleur being in the dance off for the third time is disgraceful. The British Public really ignore talent don't they?"
@Iansgrimes said: "It's always either molly or fleur in the dance off and it's so unfair because they're both amazing dancers and don't deserve to be there." And @Speaknowluver raged: "Fleur East in the dance off and Matt Hancock in the final [of I'm A Celebrity] the British public should not be allowed the right to vote."
