Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left in awe after tonight's results show, which aired on BBC One on Sunday, October 16, and opened with an 'electrifying' dance from the much-loved show's professional dancers Karen Hauer and Luba Mushtuk.
Like all of Strictly's results shows, the pre-recorded programme, which is filmed soon after the live performances on Saturday night, begins with the professional dancers' group number and this week, viewers couldn't contain themselves as Karen and Luba, who this year was left without a celebrity partner, took the lead and performed an incredibly intense and emotive Argentine Tango.
Wearing glamorous green gowns, Karen — who is currently dancing with comedian Jayde Adams on the show — and Luba performed the routine alongside their fellow strictly pros to Lana Del Rey's Young and Beautiful. Fans of the show soon flooded Twitter with comments to express how "beyond beautiful" the dance was, with many pleading to the BBC to make it a regular occurence.

Striclty fan @eyesonthepies19 said: "Can we please have more of Luba and Karen all the time every week until forever?!!" while @selenay added: "Now that’s how you open a #Strictly results show! Argentine tango with Karen and Luba as the feature clips, so good! (And johannes I’m the background with graziano) Loving the queer rep just being right here, a regular part of Strictly."
@1989Suggwell also said: "Omg that pro dance was so beyond beautiful. So happy that Karen and Luba finally got to lead such a beautiful dance together. I absolutely adore their friendship", alongside @RyanGSoapKing11 and @escandrew47 who wrote: "This Argentine Tango from Karen and Luba is electrifying WOW!!!" and "Petition for Karen and Luba to dance together every time from now on."
Other Strictly fans followed suit with one saying: "That dance was SPECTACULAR Seeing karen and luba, two women I admire so much, whose friendship I admire so much, sharing centre stage is so beautiful and important to me. And let me say for the 100th time - GIVE @LubaMushtuk A FEMALE PARTNER NEXT YEAR I BEG".
"Karen and luba i repeat karen and luba thank you karen and luba," gushed another. It comes soon after Karen and her celebrity partner Jayde Adams took to the Strictly dancefloor on Saturday, October 15, to perform a moving American Smooth to Wind Beneath My Wing which honoured the memory of Jayde's late sister, Jenna.
