The Strictly Come Dancing stars are getting ready for week one of the 2022 competition.
Following Friday's launch show, which saw the celebrities paired up with their professional partners, they are getting ready to perform their first dance. Some stars have taken to their social media to show what they are getting up to in the final hours before they perform in the live show.
Some have posted photos in hair and makeup while some are squeezing in some last minute rehearsals. Kaye Adams has posted on her Instagram story where she shared a short clip of her standing in her house working on her posture.

Paired up with pro dancer Kai Widdrington, he also posted a video of Kaye where she joked she was called 'Coach Crazy Kaye' as the two were in the middle of a photo shoot.
The duo will be performing their first dance together which will be a Tango to Voulez-Vouz by ABBA.
Meanwhile, Gorka Marquez took a selfie alongside his dance partner, presenter Helen Skelton. They posed alongside their rivals, Johannes Radebe and Ellie Taylor. The women had their hair in curlers, prepping for Saturday's live show.
Helen and Gorka will be dancing an American Smooth to You Send Me by Aretha Franklin while Ellie and Johannes will do a Quickstep to I Am What I Am by Klaus Hallen Tanzorchester.
Vito Coppola is one of four new professionals to join the Strictly family and is clearly excited for his first live programme.
He posted a video of himself speaking to the camera where he switched from his native language, Italian, to English as he explained that his brother was coming to watch him.
The newbie is paired up with performer Fleur East and they will be doing a Cha Cha Cha to Let's Get Loud by Jennifer Lopez.
Paralympic swimmer has already been getting glam, taking a mirror selfie as she got her hair done. She will be performing a Cha Cha Cha to Dance by DNCE with pro dancer Nikita Kuzmin.
Ellie Taylor, who is in a partnership with Johannes Radebe posted a funny clip of herself in the mirror while she got her hair done.
She joked: "And so the turd polishing begins." She will be dancing the Quickstep to I Am What I Am by Klaus Hallen Tanzorchester.
CBBC star Molly Rainford is joining the other women on getting glam as Ellie sneakily recorded her as she was pampered. She is dancing alongside new pro dancer Carlos Gu and they are doing a Samba to Kiss My (Uh Oh) by Anne Marie and Little Mix.
Professional dancer Dianne Buswell seems to be getting along well with her celeb partner Tyler West. The Aussie star shared some funny clips of Tyler doing some last minute rehearsals. Dianne shared a clip where she'd put a funny filter over it where it appeared that Tyler was wearing a hat and had a piece of hay in his mouth.
Their first dance together will be an American Smooth to Falling by Harry Styles.
