
A law named for Hillsborough victims and aimed at preventing cover-ups is taking longer than hoped, the Health Secretary has said, as campaigners said the legislation must be “all or nothing”.
Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer had previously pledged to introduce the so-called “Hillsborough Law” before this year’s anniversary of the tragedy, which took place on April 15 1989.
