Stranger Things Under Armour Blunder: Netflix Quietly Scrubs Anachronistic Logo After Fan Backlash

The creators of Stranger Things have said season five will take a darker and scarier turn, with episode five intensifying the horror and episode six aiming for a more emotional storyline. Netflix is making silent corrections to its editing error in Stranger Things after attentive fans noticed an out-of-time Under Armour logo on the clothing of Holly Wheeler. The logo was used in a scene where the action took place in the 1980s, which is several decades earlier than the establishment of the sportswear brand in 1996. The mistake in question caused numerous online outcries, with the audience accusing the show of ruining the retro authenticity, which it had worked so hard to achieve.
