Stormy Daniels Owes Trump 0,000 In Legal Fees

Supreme Court Republican presidential candidate and former U.S. President Trump attends a campaign event in Waterloo, Iowa

During a recent legal proceeding, Trump attorney Susan Necheles reiterated that Stormy Daniels owes approximately $560,000 in legal fees to former President Trump. Necheles pointed out that in California, there is a 10% interest that accrues on such debts. When asked if she had personally paid any money to Trump, Daniels responded in the negative, stating that she had not taken money out of her own pocket to settle the debt.

Necheles further questioned Daniels about her financial capability to make the payment, to which Daniels replied that everyone has money but acknowledged that she had chosen not to pay Trump while the matter was still pending.

Daniels confirmed she had not paid Trump from her own pocket.

Regarding the outcome of the defamation case with Donald Trump, Daniels contested the notion that she had lost, stating, 'He prevailed but I was not found to have lost.' However, Necheles confirmed that Trump had been awarded approximately half a million dollars in legal fees after the case was dismissed.

The exchange between Daniels and Necheles sheds light on the ongoing legal dispute over the payment of legal fees and the aftermath of the defamation case. The confirmation of the outstanding debt and the awarding of legal fees to Trump underscore the complexities of the legal battle between the two parties.
