Storm Franklin named by the Met Office as more weather warnings are put in place

The Met Office has confirmed Storm Franklin is expected to hit parts of the UK in the week ahead.

The UK felt the impact from Storm Dudley and Storm Eunice last week, however wind gusts from Storm Franklin are expected to be lower than Eunice, which triggered two red weather warnings.

The low-pressure system is expected to bring high winds during Sunday night and into Monday morning for much of the UK.
