Everton have been forced to alter their travel plans to Southampton after Storm Eunice hit the UK on Friday.
Frank Lampard's side are heading to St Mary's for the new manager's fourth match in charge of the club for a kick-off scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 3pm.
However, the ECHO understands that the timing of the Blues' trip to the south coast has changed due to the adverse weather conditions presented by the current storm.
Further details of the club's arrangements are not available due to security reasons.

Storm Eunice has already caused disruption across the country, with high winds of up to 110mph expected in some areas.
The Met Office upgraded warnings across the country on Thursday, with the highest level alert of Red being issued to coastline of Devon, Cornwall and Somerset as well as the south coast of Wales for Friday's storm.
The Met Office has stated that there could be a 'danger to life' as a result of extremely strong winds.
It warns of 'flying debris resulting in danger to life' and 'damage to buildings and homes, with roofs blown off and power lines brought down'.
