Stocks Rebound as Crude Prices Fall and Bond Yields Stabilize

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) is up by +0.03% today, the Dow Jones Industrial Average ($DOWI) (DIA) is up by +0.01%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) is up +0.10%. December E-mini S&P futures (ESZ26) are up +0.05%, and December E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQZ26) are up +0.09%.

Stock indexes are moving higher today. Stocks are supported today as lower crude prices have stabilized bond yields. Crude prices are under pressure today on signs that a steady flow of crude oil is coming out of the Persian Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz, easing supply concerns and inflation risks. The 10-year T-note yield is little changed today at 5.23% after soaring to a 19-year high of 5.27% on Monday.
