Indian equity markets ended higher on Thursday, recovering marginally after three consecutive sessions of sharp declines. The NSE Nifty 50 ended at 23,477.80, up 46.30 points, or 0.20%, while the BSE Sensex closed at 74,902.59, higher by 138.36 points, or 0.19%.
On the technical front, 23,200 remains a crucial support level for the Nifty, according to Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money. A decisive break below this level could drag the index towards 23,000 and lower. On the upside, 23,550-23,600 remains the immediate resistance zone, followed by 23,800.
