Stocks Fall on Disappointing Earnings from Alphabet and AMD

The S&P 500 Index ($SPX) (SPY) today is down -0.27%, the Dow Jones Industrials Index ($DOWI) (DIA) is down -0.04%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index ($IUXX) (QQQ) is down -0.55%.  March E-mini S&P futures (ESH25) are down by -0.18%, and March E-mini Nasdaq futures (NQH25) are down by -0.48%. 

Stock indexes today are under pressure due to weakness in megacap technology stocks stemming from disappointing earnings.  Alphabet is down more than -7% after reporting weaker-than-expected Q4 revenue as growth in its cloud business slowed.  Also, Advanced Micro Devices is down more than -10% after reporting Q4 data center revenue that was below consensus.
